Home Repairs
If your home needs repairs that affect your health and safety, we may be able to help. This program covers critical needs such as roof repairs or replacement, furnaces, plumbing and septic system fixes, and more.
How It Works
- We help you get the necessary quotes for the work.
- We manage funds (as trustee) and help ensure repairs are completed properly.
- Funding is provided as a loan, with no interest and no payments required until you sell or refinance your home.
- After five years, half of the loan is forgiven.
