Since 2014, the Wear One program has been a trusted resource for Ottawa County adults, working alongside local business partners to expand access to sexual health resources throughout our community.
Our network of local partners—from healthcare providers to community centers—provides adults with free, convenient access to condoms where they already shop, work, and gather. By removing financial and accessibility barriers, we’re supporting healthier individuals and stronger communities.
Order Condoms by Mail
Fill out our confidential form to get a free package of 10 condoms, lubricant, and sexual health and STD testing information in an unmarked envelope.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Addresses within Allegan and Ottawa County only. If you live in another county, contact your local health department to see if they also offer the Wear One program.
- One order per month per person.
