Technology Fees cover the costs associated with the processing of credit card charges and help to defray the costs of providing access to County Services online.

Order Fulfillment
Depending on the type of service, your order or request will be processed online or through traditional methods of fulfillment.
Online fulfillment example – Deed documents are retrieved from a database and displayed on your computer screen within seconds of submitting your request. You then use functions on your computer’s browser to print or save the information as displayed on screen.
Traditional fulfillment example – A certified copy of a vital record must have the raised seal of the County Clerk. This type of request will be processed by the Clerk’s office and the certified copy will be mailed to you within the number of business days, as specified in the email confirmation of your request.

Any purchases made from Ottawa County via miOttawa are non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
Monthly Account Subscription to MiOttawa
Ottawa County’s Online Services Subscription allows your business to access the following services on miOttawa.org and be billed on a monthly invoice for user activity rather than requiring you to enter a credit card number with every transaction.
To get started, review and print the miOttawa.org Subscription Agreement and Application, fill out and mail to:

Please enclose the Annual Maintenance Fee of $120 in the form of a company check or money order.
Once your subscription is activated, up to ten user names and passwords can be assigned for your staff. You will receive an invoice monthly for user activity.
If you have an monthly account subscription, you will receive an invoice each January for the $120 Annual Maintenance Fee to renew your subscription. If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact Website Technical Support.
