Grills & Pig Roasts
No grill available at this location. Guests may bring their own grill, provided it remains on a paved surface with a pan underneath to catch any drippings.
Pig roasters may be used outdoors if kept on cement, gravel, or paved surface. Must have pan underneath to catch drippings. All waste from grilling/smoking/roasting including bones and grease must be removed from the site after the event. Please do not use our dumpster.
Tents
Tents allowed on back side of building only.
No tent spikes due to underground irrigation lines. Must sandbag tents or use small pop-up tents (no fee for small, 10′ x 10′ pop-up tents).
Tables & Chairs
- 16 8′ long x 30” wide rectangular tables, with two extras for serving (33 total between both rooms)
- Patio seating: five 3′ round tables with four chairs at each table
- Chairs are molded plastic.
- No tables or chairs may be moved outside.

Facility Opening/Closing
The facility will only be available at the times listed on your rental confirmation form. You may not see a staff person when you arrive.
