Consumer E-Recording
If you have a one-time recording need, you may use our Consumer E-recording portal.
Documents that are acceptable for recording using Consumer E-Recording include:
- Affidavit
- Association Lien/Association Discharge
- Claim of Lien
- Certificate of Trust
- Discharge
- Lis Pendens
- Mortgage
- Notice of Commencement
- Release
- Discharge/Satisfaction of Mortgage
Please Note: For security of land records, you may not use Consumer eRecording for Deeds and other documents that transfer ownership, UCC documents, and documents related to mortgage foreclosure are not eligible for e-recording via Consumer E- Recording.
